May Favourites

May Favourites

Cinema

The Jungle Book

I am loving all the Disney remakes that have been happen and excited to see more and this is no exception it was amazing and you forget it's all cgi apart from Mowgli. Idris Elba as Shere Khan is terrifyingly beautiful but one person that I didn't except to be scary was Christopher Walken as King Lou he was intense and amazing, This film is so detailed and beautiful and I will definitely be purchasing it when it comes out.

DVD

Sisters

I didn't go to see this in the cinema when it came out but I liked the look of this. This is a great comedy film and has the feel on the teen films but with grown ups who are having one last house party before saying bye to the family home. great Saturday watch.

Beauty and Skincare

The Body Shop: Oils for life Sleeping cream, Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil, Drops of Light Brightening Serum.

I was really excited to try these products and I really wanna try the rest of the collection. These products are so good they keep my skin soft and hydrated, they feel nice and you don't have to use a lot, yes they are a little bit more pricey then some of there skin care range but I think it's worth it as it works really well and a little goes a long way. Also the new pretty packaging is a bonus it's like The Body Shop has grown up. I love these products and can't wait to buy more of the collection to try out.

Makeup Revolution: Ultra Contour Palette, Highlighter Radiance Palette, Flawless Matte Palette, Fortunes Favours The Brave Palette.

Makeup Revolution is one of my favourite brands and I love all of there products that I own and these are no exception, the contour palette works really well and now I've found out they do a cream one so that's getting bought the highlights in this are really nice and they all work really well. The highlighter palette is so pretty all of there products are really pigmented and really shimmery. The two eye-shadow palettes and the other flawless palettes I own and are some of my most used eye shadow palette and the matte version is no exception like of course there is more shades then I use then others but can't wait to try them out and try new looks with them.

Revlon: Ultra Matte Lip Colour in Addiction

I have a couple from this collection and I really like them they're super pigmented and last a long time and only fade a little bit which is excepted but I feel it lasted long then other products I use so I would really recommend them hoping they bring out more shades.

Essie: Funny Face

This is the perfect barbie pink shade! As I get my nails done I only paint my toes and this is the shade I picked for my toes for my birthday and it's such a pretty pink. Also this is a pretty summer shade to show off in sandals or flip flops.

St. Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Golden Glow Medium

This St. Tropez product is exclusive to Boots and is currently in there 3 for 2. This tan works really well doesn't streak, really easy too apply and gives you a subtle tan that you can slowly build on, to start with I applied it once a week but now I'm applying it twice a week. This also comes in light but the medium isn't scary because it slowly develops during the day and it's subtle so it works fine for me and I felt my skin really did glow and lots of people asked if I'd been away so three minutes extra in a shower is a little price to pay for what looks like sun kissed skin.

Everything Else

Apps

Magic Kingdoms

I love this App/Game it's the fun of your own virtual Disneyland the only down side is the amount of time the task take and some of the characters you can only buy with gems (and I refuse to spend actual money on apps) It's also very touch senstive so you can spend/use stuff you didn't mean too you've just got to be careful but overall I love it and it doesn't require wifi which is a bonus.

Tangle Teezer: Aqua in pink

I have a few tangle teezers but this is by far my favourite as my hair is super knotty and long when it get wet but this really works and brushes my hair gently and i don't feel that it's pulling to much and it's easy to hold.

So there is what I've been loving this May
